Made to Measure Mens Kilt Pleated to the Stripe

Stewart Christie & Co. kilt is a handmade 8 yard traditional kilt with one buckle and leather strap at each side of the waist, belt loops, fringed front apron and back pleats pleated to the stripe.

'Pleated to the Stripe' means that the back pleats show a single vertical stripe from the tartan pattern that runs down the center of each pleat, resulting in a more distinct stripe appearance on the back of the kilt. This will be different for each kilt, with most tartans having several different options. Our kilt maker will be in touch with images of your pleating options during the make process.

This style is available with our Made to Measure service only. The Kilt can be made in a tartan of your choice and takes approximately 8-10 weeks.
